Very Fine Antique Chinese Cinnabar Low Table c 1900 Phoenix and Peonies

Description

Just gorgeous antique Chinese low table.
Heavily hand carved cinnabar. Deep relief work to the
entire top surface with two phoenix and small birds amidst
a scrolling background of peonies. Apron, sides and knees
are also carved.

are rare. Displays beautifully!
Substantial in size and weight. Measures 28 1/4 inches by
18 1/4 inches with a height of 5 inches. The table top measures
26 3/4 inches by 16 1/4 inches. Weight is 27 pounds. Could possibly
be used to display bonsai or larger figurines.
Great estate condition with minor wear to carved
edges and losses typical of age. See photos.
