Chinese rectangular hand carved wood with inlaid cane or rattan meditation stool or small side table.
Horse hoof legs with incised hand carvings
Apron has impressive and elaborate raised Chinese scroll with dragon motif
Dates: Late 19th to
early 20th century

Measures: 20”H x 18”L x 13.5”D
Condition: Lots of scuffing, thick and deep scratch marks, surface wear, dings, chips, cracks, abrasions, loss, cane has mild abrasions and wear but very nice patina from age, base of legs have wear and loss. I have never felt the need to restore this but you might. I have no idea if this ever had any repairs to it or not. Restoration and repairs might be needed. Sold as-is. Still in good condition for age!
Beautiful patina throughout! Very impressive! In my opinion this one stands out far more than others I have seen.
