    Description

    Gilt lacquered table coming from the estate of a long time antiques collector.  I believe it dates to the 18th century or early 19th century.  There are condition issues, but the form and lines are stunning.  Would make a very nice small coffee table in a formal living room, especially in an apartment.
    Condition:  All of the legs show signs of past restoration and reinforcement with braces.  Some legs show evidence of wood filler to make up for old breaks.  The lacquered surface shows wear and losses.  Could be further restored if desired.  Looks better in person than in photos.
