    1821 Ferdin VII Dei Gratia Spanish / South American 8R Silver Reale Coin Rare! Very nice colonial silver 8R coin in approx. XF condition with original surfaces! Many of these were shipwreck coins.
    These coins are known as Spanish colonial coinage because they circulated freely in the New World colonies of Spain. You can find essentially the same coins in Bolivia, Chile, Columbia, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru. America used these as well as some as it’s earliest currency at a point as well.
